apples and birthdays

Can't wait for what is coming out of the WWDC this year. Rumors abound of new iPhone and MacBook upgrades, among others. Although I'm not completely sold on the iPhone just yet as a business platform, I am completely in love with anything Apple and I stand by their products. True, they cost a bit more than most of the other things out in the market, but the functionality and cool factor are worth the extra thousands.

Can't wait to finally get a new MacBook / MacBook Pro in the not so near future. Its still in the pipeline but I am pretty sure my old iBook G4 needs a major upgrade soon. But thats not what I'm getting this weekend as my "big purchase for 2009".

My birthday is right around the corner (ok, maybe thats an exaggeration). Still have no idea what I'm going to do to celebrate. I think the past year is worth celebrating so I definitely want to do something. This weekends "gift to myself" doesn't count. Ideas anyone?
